Breakfast - 1 cup Ezekiel 4:9 Almond Sprouted Grain Cereal with 1/2 cup fresh Strawberries and 1 cup Kefir

Snack - Single serving of Cascade Fresh fat free Cherry Vanilla yogurt

Lunch - 12 (1 inch) Sushi rolls (recipe here) with Savory Peanut Sauce (recipe here)

Snack - Broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and cucumber - about 2 cups total with ranch dipping sauce (recipe here)

Dinner - Hearty Beef Stew (recipe here), about 2 cups, reheated from freezer.

Snack - Nada!  Got working and wasn’t hungry.
